Thomas Holland enters his 15th year with the Erskine baseball program and his third as Director of Baseball Operations. After graduating from Erskine in 2000, he stayed on at his alma mater, helping with both sports information as well as the baseball program.
Holland is responsible for helping in many different aspects in the program including recruiting, strength and conditioning, field maintenance, and compiling scouting reports. He also handles several administration duties including the baseball website and all season statistics. Holland also runs the baseball front rush program and maintains, CAI. He is in charge of all travel arrangements for midweek and weekend road trips. In his 13 years with the Fleet, the program has seen significant improvements, including setting the school record for wins with 44 in 2008. Since 2005, Erskine has averaged almost 39.5 wins a season, while having 10 All American's and two National Player's of the Year (Casey Smith and Bryan Fogle). The Fleet have also been ranked in the top 10 in the almost every major offensive categories year in and year out.
Thomas is a native of Pickens, SC and currently lives in Greenwood.
