BRISTOL, Tenn. – The Erskine College men's volleyball team (5-7, 1-4 CC) defeated King University (3-7, 0-4 CC) in four sets at the King Student Center Complex on Friday night.

Gino Briglio (45 assists, 16 digs) helped the Fleet pick up their elusive first win of Conference Carolinas play this season.

True Bauer posted a season-high 21 kills on a very efficient .368 hitting percentage, as he helped the Fleet pull away from the Tornado over the course of the evening. Bauer also added in nine digs, a pair of blocks, and an ace in the win.
THE TEAM
Erskine hit .288 (59 K / 21 E / 132 TA) for the match and held King to just a .103 hitting percentage themselves. The Fleet had a sizable 59 to 32 advantage in the kills department.
