HILTON HEAD ISLAND, S.C. – The Erskine Women's Golf Team earned a 5th place finish at the Battle at Hilton Head, hosted by Lincoln Memorial, earlier this week.
Freshman
Fantine Cabry was Erskine's best finisher, posting a five-over scorecard and earning a third-place finish individually, which earned her Conference Carolinas Golfer of the Week honors. Erskine is now up to the No. 18 in the Division II national rankings after the conclusion of this tournament.
BATTLE AT HILTON HEAD
- The event was 54 holes and hosted by the Palmetto Dunes Golf Club in Hilton Head Island, S.C.
- The course played to a par of 72.
- The field consisted of 19 teams and a total of 100 participants.
FULL RESULTS
Wingate won the event by a commanding 20 strokes and were led by Amely Bochaton, the individual winner of the event, who posted an impressive seven-under scorecard, the only golfer to finish under par combined across the three rounds.

Erskine returns to the coast to compete in the Dunes West Intercollegiate, held in Mount Pleasant, S.C. on February 22-24.
