BELMONT, N.C. – The Erskine College men's volleyball team (3-4, 0-1 CC) was defeated by Belmont Abbey College (4-0, 1-0 CC) in five sets at the Wheeler Center on Wednesday night.
Erskine won the first and third sets, pushing the 2025 Conference Carolinas Champions and preseason favorites in 2026 to the brink on the road in the Fleet's conference opener.

Erskine hit a respectable .202 (49Â K / 26 E / 114 TA) for the match against an imposing Crusaders front row, but Belmont Abbey posted a .375 hitting percentage as a team and had a significant advantage in blocks, 10 to 5.
