DUE WEST, S.C. – The Erskine College men's basketball team (0-9, 0-4 CC) was defeated by Young Harris (2-9, 1-5 CC) by a score of 78-70 in a hard-fought divisional battle at Belk Arena on Wednesday.
The Fleet were led by the trio of
Dorien Johnson (19 points),
Max Peeler (20 points), and
Ruben Salazar (16 points), who combined for 55 of Erskine's 70 points as the Fleet went toe-to-toe with the Southwest Division-leading Mountain Lions.

Erskine shot 46% (23-50) from the field and an impressive 42% (14-33) from the three-point line. However, YHC shot 55% from the field and had a decided 42 to 16 advantage in points in the paint.
