DUE WEST, S.C. – The Erskine College women's tennis team defeated Converse University by a 6-1 scoreline in the Flying Fleet's conference opener at the Sloan-Cox Tennis Courts on Thursday afternoon.

Erskine has climbed up to No. 37 in the latest ITA national rankings following the win.
