FRANKLIN SPRINGS, Ga. – The Erskine College men's volleyball team (7-6, 3-2 CC) defeated Emmanuel University (1-14, 0-5 CC) in straight sets at the Shaw Athletic Center on Tuesday night.

Pablo Zamar posted a match-leading 13 kills and the Fleet's front row dominated again, with three different Erskine players tallying at least four blocks in the match.

THE PLAYER
Junior outside hitter Pablo Zamar totaled a match-high 13 kills on just 21 swings, posting a scintillating .571 hitting percentage. Zamar also added six digs, a pair of blocks, and an ace.

THE TEAM
Erskine hit .364 (38 K / 10 E / 77 TA) for the match, while holding Emmanuel to just a .105 hitting percentage, as Erskine outblocked Emmanuel, 10 to 3, and had a 5 to 2 advantage in aces, helping the Fleet down the Lions in straight sets.

Erskine returns home this weekend to host the University of Mount Olive (9-2, 4-0 CC) on Friday at 6 p.m.
