DUE WEST, S.C. – The Erskine Women's Golf Team is ranked 29th in the latest NCAA Division II Women's Golf national rankings released earlier today, its highest NCAA national ranking in program history.
The Fleet are coming off a solid performance at the LeeAnn Noble Memorial earlier this week and also won the Upstate Fall Intercollegiate last month, which helped them continually rise up the national polls in recent weeks to now its highest-ever ranking.
Erskine is also the highest ranked Conference Carolinas school in the latest rankings, as the Fleet attempt to retain its conference title in the spring.
The Fleet wrap up their fall season at the D2 Currahee Elite Invitational, which the Fleet co-host with Anderson University, on October 26-28 at Currahee Golf Club in Toccoa, Georgia.
