JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Erskine College women's basketball team (2-11, 1-6 CC) was defeated by Edward Waters University (9-3, 5-2 SIAC) by a score of 61-46 at the Adams-Jenkins Complex on Tuesday evening.

THE TEAM
The Fleet contained the Tigers offense, keeping EWU under 40% from the field and just 17% from three-point range, but Erskine shot just 24% (19-78) from the field and lost the turnover battle, while being outscored in points off turnovers, 22 to 4.

WHAT'S NEXT? 
Erskine and the University of Mount Olive (1-11, 0-7 CC) were originally scheduled for a Saturday afternoon game, but it has been moved to Thursday at noon due to incoming inclement weather in the upstate.
