MOUNT OLIVE, N.C. – The Erskine College women's basketball team (3-16, 1-11 CC) was defeated by the University of Mount Olive (6-13, 4-7 CC) by a score of 71-52 at Kornegay Arena on Saturday.

THE TEAM
Erskine shot 30% (15-50) from the field and 44% (4-9) from the three-point line, as well as 75% (18-24) from the free throw line. The Fleet were outscored by 18 after the opening quarter and were unable to overcome the early deficit.

WHAT'S NEXT? 
Erskine continues its road trip with a divisional matchup at Young Harris College (9-12, 5-6 CC) on Wednesday at 5 p.m. The Mountain Lions downed the Fleet in Due West on January 3rd by a score of 55-39.
