DUE WEST, S.C. – The Erskine College men's volleyball team (3-2) defeated Tusculum University (1-5) in straight sets at Belk Arena on Wednesday night.
Tusculum started the opening set taking five of the first six points, but the Fleet responded quickly and a balanced attack led them to a victory in straight sets on their home floor.

THE PLAYER
Edgerrin Austin has now led the Fleet in kills in all five of their matches to begin the 2024 campaign, as the redshirt senior totaled 16 kills tonight on an even .500 hitting percentage. Austin also added six digs and a pair of aces.
THE TEAM
Erskine hit .380 (45 K / 15 E / 79 TA) for the match, and tallied 19 more kills than the Pioneers in the match.
WHAT'S NEXT?Â
Erskine goes on the road for another rematch this weekend, as the Fleet visit Benedict College (0-1) on Friday at 6 p.m. The Fleet hit a blistering .478 in their sweep over the Tigers at home last Friday.
