CHARLOTTE, N.C. – The Erskine College men's and women's cross-country teams competed on Saturday at the Conference Carolinas Championships, hosted at McAlpine Park. The Fleet women finished in 8th place as a team, while the men earned a 7th-place finish, led by
Joey Tindale, who was named to the All-Conference Carolinas 3rd Team following his performance.

Joey Tindale was the high finisher for the Fleet men, posting a time of 25:59.9, which was good for a 17th-place finish and earned a place on the all-conference 3rd team.

WHAT'S NEXT?
Saturday marked the end of the Fleet's 2023 women's cross country season, as some of the runners will turn their attention to the upcoming track and field season while the rest begin preparations for the 2024 season. For the men, they will compete in the NCAA Division II Southeast Region Championships on November 4.
