DUE WEST, S.C. – The Erskine College women's lacrosse team (1-11, 1-8 CC) was defeated by the Lees-McRae College (4-12, 4-6 CC) by a score of 20-14 on Senior Day at Huggins Field on Saturday afternoon as Erskine honored seniors Mackenzie Clark and Faith Flanagan prior to the match. Flanagan, Chandler Werner, Julia Richey, and Jenna Varner each found the back of the net for the Fleet.

THE PLAYER
Faith Flanagan scored a career-high 8 goals in the final match of her Erskine career and also added a pair of assists.

THE TEAM
Erskine was edged in shots by the Bobcats, 41 to 36, but won the turnover battle 17 to 15.

WHAT'S NEXT
The Fleet did not qualify as a top 6 seed in next week's Conference Carolinas Tournament, meaning their 2022 season came to an end on Saturday as Erskine will now focus its attention on the off-season and preparing for 2023.
