TIGERVILLE, S.C. – The Erskine College men's basketball team (3-20, 3-16 CC) went on the road to take on, Conference Carolinas rival, North Greenville University in Tigerville, SC on Tuesday night. The Fleet played strong throughout the game, only trailing by 2 going into halftime, and thanks to a strong scoring outing by Freshman
Stephen Thomas, Erskine was able to put together a strong second half. The Fleet eventually, after a tough back and forth in the second half, were able to secure the victory on the road, 75-64.
THE PLAYER
Stephen Thomas led the Fleet in scoring with 16 points on 7-10 shooting and an efficient 2-2 from behind the three point line. Thomas also added 4 rebounds for the Fleet.
THE TEAM
Erskine shot 30-65 (46.2%) from the floor and was 11-26 (42.3%) from beyond the arc. The Fleet shot 4-6 (66.7%) from the foul line for the game.

The Fleet will return to Belk Arena to face off with King University at home on Friday, February 11th at 7:00 PM.
