DUE WEST, S.C. – Erskine Softball announced that this Wednesday's scheduled doubleheader has been postponed due to possible inclement weather in the area. The doubleheader between the Fleet and USC Aiken will now be played next Wednesday, March 2 with the first game scheduled to start at 1:00 p.m.
The Fleet and Pacers split a doubleheader in Due West last season with Erskine winning game 1, 2-1 and losing the second game by a score of 12-6.
Erskine is at home this weekend for four games as part of hosting the Fleet/Bearcat Tournament at the Erskine Softball Complex. The Fleet take on Carson-Newman and Georgia Southwestern on Friday and play against Coker and Lincoln Memorial on Saturday afternoon to wrap up the weekend.
