DUE WEST, S.C. – The Erskine College women's basketball team (0-15, 0-13 CC) took the long trip to Wilson, NC to face off with Conference Carolinas opponent Barton College on Monday night. The Fleet, after a very competitive first quarter, fell into a shooting slump that lasted through the next 2 quarters, allowing Barton to take a significant lead. The Fleet eventually fell in the matchup, 28-68.

Carmen Chandler led the Fleet with 7 points, 7 rebounds and 2 steals.
THE TEAM
Erskine shot 12-46 (26.1%) from the floor and was 3-18 (16.7%) from beyond the arc. The Fleet shot 1-4 (25.0%) from the foul line in the game.
