DUE WEST, S.C. – The Erskine College women's basketball team (0-11, 0-9 CC) battled Belmont Abbey in a road matchup on Monday afternoon. The Fleet, despite a strong effort, fell into an early hole and were not able to recover. Despite strong play from Sophomore Guard
Anzya Cook, the Fleet were not really able to get the offense going and eventually fell 38-68.

Anzya Cook led the charge for the Fleet with 11 points on 5-14 shooting and 1-6 from 3 point land.
THE TEAM
Erskine shot 15-49 (30.6%) from the floor and was 4-20 (20.0%) from beyond the arc. The Fleet shot 4-9 (44.4%) from the foul line in the game.
