DAHLONEGA, GA. – The Erskine College women's tennis team's 2021 season came to an end with an opening round 4-0 loss in the NCAA Division II Southeast Regional againsts the hosts, University of the North Georgia. The Fleet earned a five-seed in the tournament, but were beaten in the first round against the fourth-seeded Nighthawks.

WHAT'S NEXT?
Erskine's 2021 campaign came to an end on Sunday afternoon, but it was one that consisted of a 12-match winning streak in which they also won 16 of 17, a Conference Carolinas regular season and tournament title and their first appearance in the NCAA Tournament since 2016. The Fleet will now begin preparations for the 2022 season as they look to protect the Conference Carolinas crown.
