THE SERIES
Erskine has won four straight over King last falling to the Tornado in 2018. The Tornado have not won in Due West since 2017.

HOW IT HAPPENED
GAME 1: The first inning was the difference as all the scoring happened in the bottom half of the frame. After allowing just a single hit in the top of the first, the Fleet plated three when Shi Cain cleared the bases with three run long ball. From there, Erskine started Hannah Houge allowed just one other hit in third complete contest in as many games.

GAME 2: The Fleet scored in bunches to secure the game two victory as well. The Fleet received all four of their runs in the bottom of the second highlighted by a Sydney McInnis two run double. The only difference from game one, however, is that in the fourth inning the Tornado scored two off a two-run shot. The home run was one of only two hits King would collect in game two, as Houge started and once again slammed the door on the Tornado.

THE PLAYER
GAME 1: Hannah Houge (9-1) tossed a complete game shutout, allowing just two hits while striking out 11.

GAME 2: Sydney McInnis went 2-for-3 and drove in half of the Fleet's runs.

WHAT'S NEXT?
A quick turnaround for the Fleet as they play host to Hillsdale College (6-9, 0-0 G-MAC) on Monday afternoon for a doubleheader which is set to begin at 1 p.m.
