DUE WEST, S.C. – The Erskine College women's tennis team (1-2) picked up its first win of the season 4-3 over Newberry College (4-1) on Tuesday afternoon at Sloan-Cox Courts.

NOTES

• The Fleet dropped doubles for the first time this season, although the number two doubles has yet to drop a set all year.
• Emma Bentz and Luize Valtere both picked up their second wins of the season today.
• The matches were originally scheduled to be played at Newberry on February 20th, but were moved to Due West.
• Today's meeting with Newberry was the first since the 2018-19 season when the Fleet fell to the Wolves, 5-2.
