Mount Vernon, GA - Erskine cruised to a 7-1 victory over Piedmont International Thursday morning in the opening of the NCCAA Southeast Regional.  The Fleet advance to the championship game on Saturday, where they will play the winner of the Brewton-Parker vs. Columbia International match this afternoon.  

Less than two minutes into the game Maddi Cole scored to give the Fleet the lead.  The score would remain 1-0 until the 21st minute when Katie Cauble would score to increase the lead.  Cole would then assist on goals by Brittiney Gardner and Amber Feaver in the next seven minutes, and Gardner would add her second goal in the 32nd minute to extend the Erskine lead to 5-0 at the half.  Edie DeMedicis would score on a penalty kick in the 64th minute, and Gardner would score her third goal of the game in the 80th minute to round out the scoring for the Fleet.
