Trent Smoot Jr. would hit a layup with two seconds remaining to give Erskine a 107-106 win over Limestone in a Conference Carolinas men's basketball match up.
The Fleet trailed 42-34 at the half and would outscore the Saints 55-47 while shooting 55.9% from the field to force overtime. Erskine would place five players in double figures as they scored a season high 107 points.
Jordan Watson scored a game high 29 points and eight assists to lead the Fleet offense. Smoot Jr. added 24 points, while
Austin Venable scored 18 points.
Tyler Brevard also had eight assists along with 17 points and
Jaywaun Washington added 15 points and pulled down a team high eight rebounds.
