Due West, SC – Erskine College Athletic Director Mark Peeler has announced that Brandon Oberle has been selected to start the brand-new E-Sports program at Erskine.
 
Brandon is a 2012 graduate of Erskine College and has owned and operated 1Up Video Games in Greenville since 2013.  He currently ranks in in the top 400 out of 90,000 PSN users in "Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite".  Brandon also has won or made the top three in South Carolina fighting game tournaments. 
 
"It is a blessing to be able to find an alum who has as much experience as Brandon does in the E-Sports world to build the program from scratch," said Peeler.  "E-Sports is the fastest growing program on college campuses and I believe Brandon will do a great job recruiting students that will be a great fit for Erskine."
