Fleet Remain Perfect in Conference Play With Sweep of NGU

Due West, SC – Taylor Payne's walk off single gave Erskine a 3-2 victory over North Greenville in game one and the Fleet would take game two 4-2 to complete the Conference Carolinas sweep. 
 
Game One
Payne led the Fleet at the plate going 2-4 with two RBI's, including the game winner.  Sydney Smith was 2-3 with an RBI and Brittany Reynolds was 2-3 with a run scored.  Morgan Hendrix (11-3) picked up the win allowing two runs on seven hits and striking out eight in seven innings.  
 
Game Two
Payne would go 1-3 with a home run and three RBI's for the Fleet.  Her three-run home run in the bottom of the third would prove to be the game winner.  Reagan Davis was 2-3 with an RBI, while Smith finished the game 2-3 with a double.   Hannah Houge (6-5) picked up the win allowing one earned run on four hits and striking out four in a complete game performance.
