Fleet Sweep Anderson

Due West, SC – Sydney Smith hit a walk-off two run home run t life Erskine to a 3-1 victory in game one against Anderson.  The Fleet would win game two 3-0 to complete the sweep of their arch-rival. 
 
Game One
Smith led the Fleet at the plate going 1-3 with the game winning home run, while also scoring two runs.  Brittany Rhinehardt was 1-4 with a double and runs scored, while Taylor Payne was 1-3.  Morgan Hendrix (5-3) picked up the win allowing one unearned run on four hits and struck out nine in a complete game performance. 
 
Game Two
Parker Birch was 1-1 with a two-run home tun to lead the Fleet in game two.  Rhinehardt was 2-3 with a double and an RBI, while Reagan Davis was 2-3.  Hendrix (6-3) picked up her second complete game victory of the day, allowing just six hits and striking out four in seven innings.
