Fleet Out Slug Barton To Complete Sweep

Due West, SC – The Flying Fleet pounded out 18 hits as they edged Barton 13-12 Saturday afternoon to complete the Conference Carolinas sweep. 
 
Trevor Wood led the Fleet offense going 4-5 with a double and two RBI's, while Chase Watts was 3-5 with a double, two RBI's and scored the go ahead run.  Isaiah Lewis was 2-4 with and drove in the game winning run and Kyle Heiss was 2-4 with a home run and two RBI's.  Grayson King (2-0) picked up the win allowing one earned run and striking out three in two innings of relief.  Trey Watts (2) recorded the save pitching a scoreless ninth inning.
