Harrogate, TN – The Flying Fleet lost their season opening match to Mars Hill Friday afternoon 3-0 in the Lincoln Memorial Invitational.
 
Jauhna Smith and Faith Grant each had three kills for Erskine, while Faith Grant and Kirsten Kaiser each had two blocks.  Reilly Bartlett had a team high 11 digs and dished out eight assists.  Kim Austin and Ashlyn Fralix each had six digs, while Maddie Wilson had five assists.
 
The Fleet conclude the tournament with games against Carson-Newman at 11:30 am and Lincoln Memorial at 4:30 pm.
