Burlington, NC – North Greenville scored three runs in the first inning and held off the Fleet for a 3-2 win in the Conference Carolinas semi-finals Saturday afternoon.
 
Sydney Grimes was 1-3 with a double and two RBI's to lead the Fleet at the plate.  Brittany Rhinehardt, Reagan Davis, Lydia Trexler, Sydney Smith, and Jill Spague each had one hit for Erskine.  Sydney Davis (3-5) took the loss allowing two earned runs on three hits in one-third of an inning of work.
 
The Fleet will play the winner of the Limestone/Pfeiffer game currently in extra innings immediately after the game is completed.
