Saints Take Series Opener from Erskine

Gaffney, SC – Limestone defeated Erskine 18-3 Friday afternoon in the opening game of a three game Conference Carolinas series.
 
Trevor Wood led the Fleet at the plate going 2-4 with a double, home run and two RBI's, while Chaz Davey was also 2-4 on the day.  Michael Carpin (4-2) took the loss allowing seven runs on 10 hits and striking out six in five innings of work.
