Bristol, TN – Trailing by 10 points with nine minutes left in the game, Erskine outscored the King University 22-7 to complete a 75-70 upset of the first place Tornado Saturday afternoon in Conference Carolinas women's basketball action.

The Flying Fleet had four players score in double figures, led by Kristen Giles who scored a game high 22 points.  Myranda Parham added 15 points and eight rebounds, while Megan Davis and Megan Marrah added 11 and 10 points respectively.  Naomi Stuger had her second straight double digit rebound performance with a game high 10 boards.

Ashley Albertson led King with 14 points and 10 rebounds, while Whitney Mitchell also added 14 points in the loss.
