Competed in all five meets as a junior ... ran an 8k season-best 27:34.4 in the Newberry Invitational (10/22), where he finished in the Top 20 ... earned a Top 25 finish in the Akiah McMillan Invitational (10/8).

2021
Competed in all five meets as a sophomore ... ran an 8k season-best 27:21.4 in the Royals Challenge (10/8) ... finished with a time of 28:44.8 in the Conference Carolinas Championships (10/23).

2020-21
Competed in two meets a shortened season ... began the season with a 4th place finish in the Bruins Invite (10/31) with a time of 28:06.7 ... earned a Top 20 finish in the NCCAA Nationals (11/14).

2019-20
In his first collegiate meet finished fifth in the Due West Opener 8K with a team-best 30:27.39 ... cut close to two minutes off his 8K time with a 28:30.93 finish at the Bulldog Stampede Invitational ... won the Flying Fleet Invitational by running a 28:59.5, 12 seconds faster than his competition ... at the Royals Challenge produced a career-best 27:13.1 in the 8K ... produced a 27:58.0 in the Conference Carolinas Championships ... finished the year with a 28:00.73 in the 8K at the NCCAA National Championships.
