BANNER ELK, N.C. – The Erskine College women's basketball team (1-13, 0-8 CC) was defeated by Lees-McRae College (12-4, 9-2 CC) by a score of 94-62 at Williams Gymnasium on Monday afternoon.

THE TEAM
Erskine shot 31% (20-65) from the field and 26% (7-27) from the three-point line as well as 71% (15-21) from the free throw line. However, the Fleet struggled to contain the Bobcats' offense, which shot over 40% from the field and the three-point line.

Erskine returns home for a battle against the Conference Carolinas preseason favorites, Francis Marion University (10-7, 7-2 CC), on Wednesday at 5 p.m.
