DUE WEST, S.C. – The Erskine College women's basketball team (4-16, 2-12 CC) was defeated by Shorter University (16-3, 11-2 CC) by a score of 72-46 at Belk Arena on Thursday evening.

THE TEAM
Erskine shot 33% (14-56) from the field but was 0-13 from the three-point line. The Fleet were just 47% (8-17) from the free throw line and were outscored 26-10 in the final quarter.

WHAT'S NEXT? 
Erskine goes on the road for a divisional showdown at North Greenville University (5-15, 5-9 CC). The Fleet defeated the Trailblazers in Due West earlier this season.
