Due West, SC – Playing in his final home game, senior Thad Estes would score on a penalty kick in the 83^rdminute to break a 2-2 tie and the Fleet would hold on to defeat Emmanuel 3-2 in Conference Carolinas men's soccer action.  
 
Neither team would be able to score in the first half, but Emmanuel would take the lead two minutes into the second half.  Ten minutes later the Fleet would tie the game when Alex Mushata scored off a deflected save from the Lion goalie.  Emmanuel would respond a minute later to regain the lead.  The flurry of scoring would end three minutes later when Dario Pavon scored on a free kick from 35 yards out to tie the game at two.  Estes would then drive home the winning goal and the Fleet would hold on for the final seven minutes to take the win. Alex Pico picked up the in in goal making seven saves.
