Thad Estes scored with just under two minutes remaining in the second overtime to give the Fleet a 3-2 win over Mount Olive in Conference Carolinas men's soccer play Wednesday afternoon.
Kacper Zak would give the Fleet an early lead when he scored off a corner kick in the 19
thminute. The Trojans would then score two goals to take the lead. In the 78
thminute,
Sam Cable would score his first career goal on an assist from
Alex Mushata to tie the game. Neither team would find the back of the net until Estes took a cross from
Bryan Lopez to score the game winner.
Alex Pico had 11 saves in goal to pick up his second win.
