Due West, SC - Playing a man down against Lander University, sophomore Nick Currie took a pass from teammate Matt Sluga and slipped the ball past the diving Lander goalkeeper to give Erskine the 1-0 victory.  It was not only Currie's first collegiate goal but also gave the Flying Fleet their first win over local rival Lander University in over 15 years.
